Delivery Terms & Conditions

🚚 1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Note: Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may attract additional delivery fees or longer delivery times.
⏱️ 2. Delivery Timeframes
Because our products are mainly sourced from the UK, we operate under two delivery schedules:
a. Local Stock (Already in Kenya):

Delivery Time: 1–3 working days (Nairobi & major towns)

Courier: G4S, Fargo, or local rider service

Tracking: Provided via email/SMS once dispatched
b. UK Pre-orders (Items not yet in Kenya):

Delivery Time: 10–21 working days

Import Process: Items are shipped to Kenya via sea or air, cleared through customs, and delivered to your doorstep.

Updates: You’ll be notified at each key step — shipping, arrival in Kenya, clearance, and local delivery.
💰 3. Delivery Charges

Local delivery (within Kenya): From KES 250 to KES 1,200 depending on your location and item size.

Pre-order shipping (from UK): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume and destination.
Some items may be eligible for free delivery promotions — these will be clearly indicated on the product page.
📦 4. Order Processing

Orders are processed from Sunday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🔍 5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

You’ll receive a delivery confirmation call or message from our rider or courier partner before the item is handed over.
📸 6. Inspection Upon Delivery
For your peace of mind:

Please inspect your item in front of the delivery agent if possible.

If the product appears damaged, or not as described, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@olami.co.ke or +254 720367600.
🚫 7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If we attempt delivery and you're not available:

Our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule.

Redelivery may incur additional fees depending on your location.
🔄 8. Delays & External Factors
While we always aim to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Weather or road conditions

Import/customs delays (for UK shipments)

Strikes or third-party courier disruptions
If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you updated and do our best to resolve it quickly.
🛡️ 9. Liability
Olami Ventures is not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs

Damage or loss of goods after a successful delivery
Once the product is delivered and signed for, it is considered accepted by the customer.
